GENERAL
- I, the artist, retain the right to refuse a request for whatever reason

- I, the artist, will not draw the following— NSFW, extreme fetishes, hate art, extreme gore, scat, shota, art style mimicryPAYMENTS
- Full payment upfront first before starting the art commission
- Additional characters: + 100% of base price

Surprise me/skeb requests
- For skeb requests, only mistake fixes or small alterations are made especially when an element is unclear in the reference images provided
- I, the artist, reserve the right to refuse overly extensive revisions and any complex alterations due to missing/misrepresented elements due to unclear information.
Character illustrations
- 3 free revisions throughout the entire process, before subsequent changes have an add-on cost per requested change
- Final pose after the approved sketch phase cannot be changed

- Art commissions are usually done within 4 weeks if the deadline is not specified, but may be extended if the specified deadline is outside the 4 weeks.
- Rush fee applies to art commissions that must be finished within 2 weeks after paymentUSE

- May be reuploaded on the commissioner's social media/website as long as proper credit has been givenINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal useREFUNDS
- A full refund is made when it has been 4 weeks since the payment has been made and now meaningful progress has been made in cases where no deadline is specified.
- A full refund is made when the deadline has passed.
